In order to assist its window manufacturing clients and their stakeholders in the selection of products that comply with the National Building Code of Canada, and with the relevant provincial, territorial or municipal Building Codes, ENERGI Fenestration Solutions has developed the window performance level calculator.
It allows them, among other things, to define the performance levels required for a specific building (lot type, building height) using climatic design values of more than 640 Canadian communities present in the 2010 National Building Code: levels of appropriate air tightness, resistance to water penetration, positive and negative pressure calculation.
The calculator saves, classifies and also automatically sends the results via email.
The calculator was designed primarily for window manufacturers, architects, specifiers and consumers.
